4. Choosing the right hair products

5. Silk it

Sleep like a queen; replace your cotton pillowcase with a silk or satin pillowcase or cover your hair in a silk headscarf. This method reduces friction between your hair and fabric, thereby protecting the hair cuticle and reducing frizz. Try using a silk scrunchie to secure a loose topknot or braid your hair loosely when sleeping.
