We started Akshar Dholis over 10 years ago with a goal to use our talents to give back to the community. We have played at over 100 events throughout North America, while raising over $30,000 and providing exceptional entertainment to keep people dancing.It’s simple – whether you need a dholi for your garba night, sangeet, baraat procession, entrances, or reception dance floor, Akshar Dholis is here to cater to your needs. We can provide our own music or work alongside with your DJ to infuse dhol beats with any type of music, whether its traditional garba, devotional hymns, Bollywood beats, house or hip hop music. To assist our couples with their specific events, we can also provide live musicians (pianists, singers, tabla players, etc.) and additions (horse, elephants, exotic/antique cars, etc.) from our preferred partners.
